The "Production Pro"
Line Supervisor that enables
press line robots to automatically
determine the optimal production speed.
No more wasting valuable time tweaking
the system as you search for the maximum
production speed. NOW, All you have
to do is set the chase parameters;
the job number and batch capabilities
and the system will do the rest. The "Production Pro"
Line Supervisor can be programmed
with over 200 variables per job –
AND – it can easily be copied
to a new recipe. Rexcon will load
the first four jobs.
Vision De-stacker allows you to set out a stack of steel
at the start of the line. Then a line
robot will lift each steel sheet,
one at a time, onto the vision table
where a camera will take a photo.
This information is relayed to the
next robot that will straighten the
sheet before placing it into the press.
Both the "Production
Pro" Line Supervisor and the Vision De-stacker are stand-alone operations that can
be added to your existing line or

turnkey press line for you from the
ground up.
