Electrex was a vision that took root in a one-car garage on the eastside of Detroit in 1957. Larry Page Sr., an electrician, set out with the simple concept of providing for his new family by creating the best electrical contracting company in the metropolitan Detroit area.

The company is headquartered in a 65,000 square foot modern, energy-efficient (SMART) facility with an advanced electrical design, a fully stocked warehouse, custom panel assembly area and CAD technology with built in drawing capabilities. We maintain a fleet of 35 fully equipped specialty service and construction vehicles and also offer 24-hour emergency service. In addition, we have opened a NEW facility in Irondale, Alabama to better service the burgeoning automotive manufacturing industry in the South.
